Bridgeway’s office features a modern design aimed at ensuring thermal comfort and minimizing glare. It’s atrium and landscaped garden areas foster a strong connection with nature.
The building incorporates sustainable practices, including water-saving sanitary fixtures, energy-efficient heat pumps, and an established Green Cleaning Policy.
It is with immense pride that we share a highlight from the recent 2024 GBCSA Leadership Awards, where our very own Mellissa Titus was honored with the prestigious Rising Green Star Award.
In August 2025 the Durban International Convention Centre earned a 4-Star rating, which reflects Best Practice in building operations, environmental performance, and occupant wellbeing.
