Get your mandatory Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for public and private buildings to unlock energy savings and enhance market appeal.
An EPC not only highlights the energy efficiency of a building but also provides valuable guidance on potential improvements, making it a key tool for enhancing sustainability and attracting environmentally conscious buyers or tenants.
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates your building’s energy efficiency on a scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
In 2020, The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy has, under section 19(1)(b) of the National Energy Act, 1998 (Act no. 34 of 2008), set out regulations that an EPC is required to be publicly displayed at the entrance of all buildings that fall into the criteria for compliance.
An EPC is valid for five years.
We provide expert guidance to make obtaining your certificate straightforward and efficient.
We start by discussing your property’s specifics and your unique goals to tailor the assessment process.
Our accredited assessors conduct a thorough on-site evaluation of your building’s energy systems and features.
You receive your official EPC along with a detailed report outlining actionable strategies for improvement.
